Job description

Job Title: Millwright Location: Jefferson, Georgia Type: 4 week Contract Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite

Responsibilities

  • Unload equipment and assist with the installation of Aisle carriers and row carriers at the site.
  • Install bus bars as part of the scope of work project.
  • Operate and handle mechanical tools including chain breakers, gear pullers, transfer punches, plumb bobs, and other hand tools listed in the required tool list.
  • Support site safety protocols and ensure OSHA 10 Construction Industry certification requirements are met.
  • Assist with equipment unloading and site setup, ensuring adherence to project schedule.
  • Utilize specialized tools such as laser levels, equipment on-site (forklifts, boom lifts), and safety gear during work activities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Millwright or in a similar mechanical installation role.
  • OSHA 10 Construction Industry certification.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment listed in the required tool list.
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and support installation activities.
  • Reliable transportation to the site in Jefferson, Georgia.
