Job Title: Millwork Installer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwork Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation of custom millwork, including cabinetry, trim, and molding, and possess a keen eye for detail. The Millwork Installer will play a crucial role in the successful completion of commercial projects by ensuring high-quality craftsmanship that meets our company standards and client expectations. Daily travel to job sites within the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area and occasionally to other sites in Georgia is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install cabinetry, moldings, trim, and other custom millwork components according to project plans and specifications.

- Read and interpret blueprints, design plans, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.

- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

- Use a variety of hand tools and power equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Millwork Installer.

- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Physical stamina and dexterity for lifting, bending, and working at various heights.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with commercial millwork projects.
