Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Joseph A. Interiors is looking to expand our team! We are hiring for an Lead Installer/Builder who is responsible for the coordination of all millwork installations at customer sites. This includes working with scheduling and the shop to understand what labor hours are needed for each job, when the job will need to be installed, and coordinating the people, tooling and equipment needed for each job. The Lead installer will physically install the products as well, and will assist in the general shop areas/production when no installs are scheduled.

Ideal candidates will have experience building specialty wood and laminate products and enjoy working on unique projects. Experience with power tools including: table saw, sliding table saw, portable miter saw, saber saw, band saw, orbital sander, belt sander, edge sander, joiners (biscuit joiner), pneumatic nailer, and others is preferred. Prefer experience with blueprint reading.

Schedule is Monday through Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm with occasional overtime on Fridays.
