Job description

**PENDING CONTRACT AWARD**

Summary

The Logistics Analyst will function as the data collection focal supporting the Pre-Expended Bin services for the Corpus Christi Army Depot Corpus Christi TX. In this role the Logistics Analyst will work within the customer on daily and monthly reporting functions, forecasting of material levels, reporting material status and preparing briefs. Management parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains reports and performs administrative and technical duties that require knowledge of the department, facility, and the company along with current policies, practices and procedures.
  • Performs diversified duties including reports preparation, data collection, trend analysis, reconciliation reports, and business and process documentation.
  • Follow administrative processes within the site and makes recommendations to implement process improvements.
  • May work on confidential or sensitive information, typically of a technical or proprietary nature.
  • Possesses thorough knowledge of site and Company policies and procedures.
  • Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the company, and the community; maintains professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
  • Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to obtain a government CAC and a Secret Security Clearance.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years Logistics Experience required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel required.
  • Microsoft Access skills preferred.
  • US military logistics experience preferred.
  • MILSTRIP, MILSTRAP, DLMS experience preferred.
