Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Sales | Middle East based in Netherlands.

As Director of Sales for the Middle East, you will lead revenue growth across a strategically important regional market.
You'll focus on winning new enterprise and mid-market clients while expanding relationships with existing customers.
The role combines hands-on enterprise selling with strategic influence, executive relationship management, and go-to-market leadership.
You'll engage senior decision-makers and represent the organization in high-value client conversations and industry settings.
Success will depend on building a strong regional pipeline, closing complex opportunities, and consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
You'll work closely with marketing, delivery, and senior leadership in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for an accomplished technology sales leader who wants meaningful ownership of regional growth.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the Middle East.
  • Actively identify, pursue, and close new enterprise and mid-market client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Expand existing customer relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account development.
  • Own and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are accurately qualified, prioritized, and progressed.
  • Deliver reliable sales forecasts and provide visibility into pipeline health, expected revenue, and regional performance.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue objectives.
  • Partner with marketing to develop compelling regional go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with delivery and leadership teams to align client needs with appropriate technology services and solutions.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, conferences, and executive-level discussions.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities that can strengthen regional growth.
  • Contribute to the broader sales strategy and help shape an effective go-to-market approach for the Middle East.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience within technology services, consulting, cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation organizations.
  • Proven track record of personally closing and expanding enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong understanding of technology services, cloud solutions, infrastructure management, and/or digital transformation.
  • Established professional network and strong knowledge of the Middle East technology market.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives and influence complex buying decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to manage complex, high-value sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, with a strong drive to win and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating independently while collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Must be located in Dubai for this regional role.
