Job description

Why Rogo
Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them.
This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.
Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo's mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.
The Role
Rogo's Mid-Market segment is one of our fastest-growing pockets of the business, and it needs dedicated operational ownership to keep pace. We're hiring a Sales Operations Manager, Mid-Market to be the operational backbone for our MM sales organization: 4 sales leaders and their AEs. You will report to our Director of Sales Operations and own the execution of our Mid-Market sales strategy day to day, from process and territory design to the systems and reporting that keep the segment running efficiently and forecasting accurately.
This is an execution-heavy role. You will work closely with MM sales leadership to translate strategy into process, keep Salesforce and the broader GTM stack clean and usable, and give leadership the insights they need to run the business. You'll partner closely with the broader RevOps team to make sure Mid-Market stays aligned with how Rogo runs GTM company-wide.
What You Will Own
Sales Strategy & Process Optimization
  • Design and optimize scalable sales processes for the Mid-Market and Sales Development teams to improve productivity and performance.
  • Partner with MM sales leadership to shape segment strategy, forecasting, and sales structure.
  • Manage Rules of Engagement, territories, account reviews, and Deal Desk operations for Mid-Market.
  • Work with Sales Development leadership on account assignments, pipeline quality, and pipeline generation targets.
  • Regularly rebalance books of business across MM AEs to ensure fair routing and lead distribution.

Revenue Operations & Systems
  • Oversee all Mid-Market sales data for accuracy, accessibility, and consistency across systems.
  • Optimize the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Apollo, Default, Gong, etc.) for the MM motion, and collaborate on new tool deployment and integration.
  • Build scalable workflows and ensure RevOps infrastructure supports Mid-Market's growth.

Insights, Planning & Reporting
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting cadences for Mid-Market performance, pipeline health, and forecasts.
  • Deliver actionable insights to MM sales leadership and to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance leadership more broadly.
  • Lead Mid-Market sales planning cycles and align data with executive and board-level goals.

What We Are Looking For
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech, with 3+ years in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations.
  • Experience leveraging AI to reimagine how GTM teams operate.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling efficient sales processes, ideally supporting a mid-market or high-velocity sales motion.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle and GTM operations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and common Sales tech stack tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and GTM data structures.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with strong cross-functional partnership skills.
Who You Are
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.
  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.
  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.
  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.
Why Join Rogo?
  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.
  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.
  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.
  • Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.
  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
