Job Summary:
ELEVI Associates is a company that values team collaboration and offers opportunities for career growth. They are seeking a Mid Level Systems Administrator to provide support for IT systems, manage daily operations, and assist users with technical issues.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Qualifications:
Required:
• You must hold a current Poly clearance
• Possess Ten (10)+ years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Having a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4)+ years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher is required
Preferred:
• Experience with DevOps
• Experience with AWS
