Job description

A Connecticut-based services organization is looking to add a new Project Manager to join their team in Stamford, developing project plans and achieving milestones while ensuring effective communication.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Full-time

  • Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle from definition to implementation

  • Developing and driving project plans and milestones

  • Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and team members

  • Handling change management throughout projects

  • Preparing documentation, status reports, and budgets

  • Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Proficient in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Leadership and decision-making abilities

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
