Job description

ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group that has been providing quality patient care for over 30 years. Our growing network includes more than 250 physicians across 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire regions.

We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a busy Internal Medicine clinic located in Lynwood, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is passionate about delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Pediatric experience is required, as the provider will occasionally treat pediatric patients in addition to adult populations.

Position Details
  • Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, Direct Hire
  • Pay: $70-80 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, open to days
  • Location: Lynwood, CA
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care under the direction of the supervising physician
  • Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Prescribe medications and recommend treatment plans as appropriate
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Provide patient education and preventative care counseling
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current California NP or PA license with Board Certification
  • Minimum 1 year of Primary Care or Internal Medicine experience required
  • Pediatric experience required
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS certification
  • Active DEA license
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
