Job Title

Partner Sales Manager โ€“ North America

Job Location

Remote, USA (Central or Pacific time zone candidates preferred)

Summary

We are looking for a highโ€‘performing Synergy Sales & Partnerships Specialist to drive ETAPโ€™s strategic growth across North America. This pivotal role will strengthen ETAPโ€™s commercial success through close collaboration with two of our most significant global partners.

Responsibilities โ€“ You Will Do
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to develop and execute targeted sales strategies that accelerate the adoption of ETAP solutions in collaboration with our strategic partners.
  • Partner with regional teams across our global synergy partners to coordinate account planning, participate in joint customer engagements, and drive opportunity creation, qualification, and closure.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align synergy activities with overall business objectives for these regions.
  • Become a subject matter expert: stay current with all product offerings and solutions, perform product demos and elevator pitches to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on mutual goals, fostering collaboration, and driving joint marketing initiatives.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, utilities, engineering firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements โ€“ You Will Have
  • A degree in electrical engineering, with an MBA as a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the energy industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in electrical power systems software solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to deploy consultative selling techniques.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities focused on the energy landscape.
  • Selfโ€‘driven and resultsโ€‘oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and adapting to a fastโ€‘changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate at a senior level in a global environment.
Compensation

Salary Range: $104,200 โ€“ $173,800 (based on location, experience, skills, and education).
