Summary

We are looking for a high‑performing Synergy Sales & Partnerships Specialist to drive ETAP’s strategic growth across North America. This pivotal role will strengthen ETAP’s commercial success through close collaboration with two of our most significant global partners.

Responsibilities – You Will Do
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to develop and execute targeted sales strategies that accelerate the adoption of ETAP solutions in collaboration with our strategic partners.
  • Partner with regional teams across our global synergy partners to coordinate account planning, participate in joint customer engagements, and drive opportunity creation, qualification, and closure.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align synergy activities with overall business objectives for these regions.
  • Become a subject matter expert: stay current with all product offerings and solutions, perform product demos and elevator pitches to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on mutual goals, fostering collaboration, and driving joint marketing initiatives.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, utilities, engineering firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements – You Will Have
  • A degree in electrical engineering, with an MBA as a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the energy industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
