Great architecture is about more than how a design looks - it’s about how a design makes you feel. For RDG architects, it's also about envisioning what could be, forging a bold path forward for our clients and our practice. We're currently looking for a mid-level architect to join our team and focus on design work for key markets including College & University and Academic Health Science and Research. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design innovative, flexible, collaborative facilities that prepare the next generation of learners.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with project team and client to develop design details and full construction documents
  • Growing into and/or serving as a project manager for projects of various scales
  • Assist with renderings and other digital communication tools to tell the overall design story
  • Learn, develop and push the envelope on design in key markets
  • Produce presentations that communicate our design expertise
  • Apply knowledge of codes and work with outside consultants
