Job Description

This Application Support Senior would serve as administrator for several enterprise tools in the area of business intelligence and data analytics. These tools include but are not limited to MicroStrategy 10.x, 9.4.1, 9.3, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2010, Hyperion 11.1.2.3 as well as SAS 9.2 and integrations with various third-party tools (e.g. Visual Crossing).Β 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years working with MicroStrategy, of which 3+ years must be in administrative role
3+ years of working with Unix and windows environment
4+ years working with Application support / management
2+ years working with MicroStrategy Command Manager scripting
1+ years working with MicroStrategy Web SDK
1+ years working in administrative role with MicroStrategy Mobile
Administrative knowledge of MicroStrategy 9.3 and 9.4.x
Strong Scripting experience (Batch/Perl/Shell)
Required experience with Unix, Windows and Network Administration
Application Development background
Strong System administration skills (Unix/Windows)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word
Ability to work support administration of multiple tools concurrently (MicroStrategy, SSRS, Hyperion, SAS, etc) will be required

Preferred Skills:
Administrative knowledge of MicroStrategy 10.x
2+ years leading teams/mentoring junior staff highly desired
1+ years working with MicroStrategy Mobile(iPad or Android)
