Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide SAP functional expertise to the DEA Team.
  • Interact with business users through interviews, planning meetings, status meetings, and policy/procedure reviews to gather and translate business requirements.
  • Analyze daily, monthly, and year-end financial/business processes and convert them into functional and reporting requirements.
  • Develop business models for detailed requirements gathering, proof of concepts (POCs), and final reporting/dashboard solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to review, validate, and obtain approval for proposed solutions and business requirements.
  • Create detailed Functional Design Specification (FDS) documents upon approval of requirements.
  • Coordinate with the DEA Team and business process owners to configure SAP solutions aligned with approved functional requirements.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to IT teams and business users for ongoing support and maintenance of reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to analyze more than 300K vendor records with activity over the past five years to identify strategic opportunities and business insights.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed within project timelines and defined deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • 5+ years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects
  • 5+ years of experience developing Financial Dashboards within SAP
  • 5+ years of experience with ACH Processing and SAP integrations/interfaces
  • Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Experience with MS Office tools including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions
