The Cloud & AI Solution Advisors team (CASA) provides ongoing customer engagement and technical leadership to high-value SMB customers using Microsoft Azure services to drive long-term customer loyalty, increase Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR), reduce churn, and help customers realize business value from Azure
The CASA organization is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager of Azure Direct Cloud & AI Solution Advisors (CASA) to help shape and operationalize key business priorities across our global business. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, innovation, and business transformation, ensuring CASA operates as one global team while accelerating scalable growth through sales campaigns, AI-powered capabilities, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution, orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, and partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Engineering, and Strategy to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
As Senior Business Program Manager for CASA, you will drive change management for our Cloud and AI Solution Advisors sales motion. Your responsibilities include evaluating business health, recommending improvements, supporting global sales teams through change, and ensuring alignment with business needs. The role focuses on implementing sales strategies, fostering growth, and advancing digital sales transformation through strategic thinking, AI adoption and operational excellence.
Driving AI adoption
  • Reimagine every layer of the BPM role to accelerate impact through AI.
  • Reinvent Customer Engagement for our sales teams to adopt AI to help them build and accelerate pipeline.
  • Run a v-team of stakeholders to project manage the development and implementation of Agents following all the compliance and security requirements as set out in Microsoft
  • Lead governance and adoption of Agentic AI initiatives across CASA.Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled productivity and business transformation.

Strategic Direction & Business Transformation
  • Lead operationalization of CASA strategic priorities and translate leadership vision into actionable execution plans.
  • Drive global alignment across regions, stakeholders, and business rhythms to ensure consistent execution against organizational goals.
  • Establish governance, success metrics, and KPI tracking for strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive reviews, planning cycles, and leadership communications.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define and execute transformation roadmaps that improve seller effectiveness and business outcomes

GTM last mile activation
  • Coordinate targeted demand generation levers with Marketing.
  • Activate and track execution of customer conversations.
  • Land and track the adoption of digital Signal guidance and the use of propensity models.
  • Activate and track execution/utilization of sales programs, offers and contests.
  • Develop mechanisms that increase seller productivity and maximize customer-facing time.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Business Operations, Engineering, Streategy and OU leadership teams.
  • Define program requirements, remove blockers, and drive accountability through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Create clarity in ambiguous environments and align diverse stakeholder groups around common goals.
  • Lead complex projects involving multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and executive visibility.

Project Management and change management
  • Manage complex projects from beginning to end and communicates status & risk to relevant stakeholders, and holds them accountable risk mitigation plans
  • Aligns stakeholder efforts to business impact
  • Drives buy in and adoption of processes, tools and business priorities by following appropriate Change Management methodologies

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications
  • 2+ years in cloud-based business with sales operations/enablement experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of agentic AI solutions (copilot, etc), intelligent automation, and emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and execute across multiple projects and workstreams while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
  • Proven effectiveness collaborating across groups and driving multi-stakeholder planning processes to desired results
  • Background in sales operations or strategy roles with exposure to AI-led sales motions
  • MBA or Management Consulting background
  • Able to positively manage ambiguity and complex, matrixed, & fast paced environments
  • Team player with a track record of helping others to achieve team goals
  • Established business acumen and mental agility to ramp quickly across diverse businesses and organizations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and formulate recommendations to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and deliver insights that support meaningful business decisions.
  • An owner mindset - biased toward action and able to positively influence across functional teams
  • Proactive positive outlook and approach to change management

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
