Bright Shelter Healing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in regular communication with physicians and healthcare teammates to effectively report on patient progress and address concerns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each patientโ€™s journey.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes, adhering strictly to departmental policies and compliance standards to protect patient confidentiality and improve care delivery.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans, including discharge plans that are informed by thorough psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions.
  • Provide counseling services and crisis intervention for patients suffering from a range of emotional and behavioral problems, tailoring approaches to suit individual needs and facilitating their path to recovery.
  • Assist clients with discharge planning, ensuring effective care coordination by liaising with various providers across the region to enhance service access and support continued healing post-discharge.
  • Consult and coordinate with family members and/or client support systems regarding treatment goals, enhancing collaboration throughout the therapeutic process for improved outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Bright Shelter Healing Center, you will cater to a diverse clientele that includes adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role is crucial in fostering healing and empowering clients by employing therapeutic techniques that promote resilience and personal growth. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
