Summary
Redwire Space, Inc. is seeking a Data and Business Intelligence Analyst. This role will be considered on-site at our Jacksonville, FL. location but allows for the flexibility of working remotely from home up to two days per week, as business need allow. In this role you will support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across all business functions including Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality Management and Finance. This role will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining scalable reporting solutions, dashboards and data models that provide actionable insights to leadership and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL development, enterprise reporting frameworks and data integration across ERP and other enterprise class applications such as EPM, CRM and HCM. This position can be fully remote; however, some limited travel may be required to meet with stakeholders or attend meetings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical dashboard and reporting solutions.
  • Be part of a team working with IT, external system integrators and business process owners to realize data and business intelligence solutions.
  • Develop, maintain and support dashboards, scorecards and reports for program management, supply chain, quality management, engineering, operations, HR and finance functions.
  • Design and maintain data models, relationships, calculated columns, KPIs, and DAX measures to support enterprise analytics and reporting.
  • Create and maintain automated reporting solutions, refresh processes, gateway configurations, SQL queries, stored procedures, views and data validation logic.
  • Assist with enterprise data integration efforts across all enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, refresh failures, data quality issues, and inconsistencies across reporting environments.
  • Assist with the development of enterprise data governance and reporting standards, reusable reporting frameworks, data definitions and dashboard design best practices.
  • Support ad hoc executive reporting requests and analytics initiatives with quick turnaround and high attention to detail.

Ideal Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as statistics, accounting, mathematics, economics, engineering, or computer science or equivalent job experience.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports and data visualizations
  • Experience working with enterprise class applications (e.g. ERP, EPM, CRM, HCM) and data warehouse application solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide operational reporting needs for business stakeholders (e.g. supply chain, manufacturing, finance etc..) to gather reporting requirements and deliver technical reporting solutions.
  • Experience with using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Cognos, Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, data validation logic, Power Query and ETL/data transformation concepts
  • Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining data models, DAX calculations, KPIs, measures, and dataset relationships within Power BI.
  • Experience creating automated reporting solutions and scheduled refresh processes.
  • Experience documenting business rules, reporting logic, source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries.
  • Experience supporting KPI scorecards, supplier performance metrics, inventory analytics or operational performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data governance and reporting standardization.
  • Exposure to working with data warehouse and data lake technologies.
  • Experience working with IT system integrators
  • Work experience with Deltek Costpoint and other Deltek applications.
  • Experience within aerospace/defense/GovCon environments.
