Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, maintain, and support data reporting and analytics solutions that meet the needs of assigned business areas across the organization.
  • Leverage multiple databases, reporting tools, and data sources to develop interactive dashboards, automated reporting, data visualizations, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Support department initiatives through meaningful reporting and actionable analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, ensure data integrity, and deliver insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for data reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to optimize reporting processes and enhance system capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts through data analysis and reporting solutions that improve organizational performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least one year of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, healthcare analytics, risk management analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
  • Experience working with databases, data extraction, and reporting technologies preferred.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and analytics methodologies.
  • Proficiency with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality management practices.
  • Understanding of healthcare, patient safety, risk management, or compliance reporting preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
