Position Summary

A leading global professional services organization is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to support retail banking Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and transaction-monitoring operations. This opportunity is well suited to entry level candidates interested in data analysis, financial services, compliance, and technology-enabled operations.


4 weeks of training in transaction-monitoring processes will be provided.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate within a centralized, high-performing team that supports internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographic locations.




  • Coordinate meetings, track project requests, maintain delivery schedules, communicate updates, and review deliverables for accuracy and formatting.




  • Review and analyze data across multiple systems to support transaction monitoring, enhanced due diligence, fraud investigations, controls testing, data validation, grants management, and project management activities.




  • Follow established policies and procedures while meeting defined productivity, quality, and performance targets.




  • Identify potential AI use cases and process improvements that enhance operational quality and efficiency.




  • Manage multiple assignments, prioritize competing deadlines, and help resolve project issues with guidance from senior team members.




  • Contribute to standard operating procedures, training materials, and team-development initiatives.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor s degree required.
