???? Work Style: Onsite
???? Location: Gainesville, FL 
???? FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday

Collects, analyzes, and interprets healthcare quality data to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. Develops dashboards and reports that track key quality indicators, patient safety metrics, and regulatory compliance. Partners with clinical and operational teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance care delivery and improve patient outcomes. Ensures data integrity, validates reporting accuracy, and effectively communicates findings and recommendations to leadership and quality improvement committees to support informed decision-making and organizational excellence.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Health Science, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related clinical field required.
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, quality measurement, or performance improvement.
  • Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and quality performance reports.
  • Experience partnering with clinical and operational teams to support quality improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to data integrity and accuracy.
