Valora Medical Group is a visionary company focused on high-quality primary care services and healthcare providers and professionals dedicated to the health and well-being of our patients. At Valora, we treat our patients like family.

We are seeking a Microsoft SQL Database Developer and Business Intelligence Analyst with strong experience in healthcare, Medicare, or health insurance data. This role will design and manage our SQL data environment, build ETL pipelines, develop complex queries, and serve as the data steward responsible for integrating and maintaining multiple healthcare data sources including claims, membership, and operational data.

This position requires working on-site at our Conway, Florida office.

Key Responsibilities

Database Development

Design and maintain SQL Server tables, indexes, views, and stored procedures. Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries. Ensure database performance and scalability.

ETL amp; Data Integration

Develop ETL pipelines using Microsoft tools such as SSIS. Integrate multiple data sources. Automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation workflows.

Healthcare Data Analytics

Analyze Medicare and health insurance data including claims, membership, provider, and utilization data. Support operational and financial analytics.

Business Intelligence

Develop datasets for BI dashboards and reporting. Collaborate with leadership to deliver insights and KPIs.

Data Stewardship

Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency. Maintain documentation and data integrity across systems.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Advanced T-SQL skills. Experience with ETL processes. Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases. Experience with healthcare or insurance data.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Medicare Advantage data, claims datasets, Power BI, and healthcare analytics including risk adjustment.
