Both roles require similar certifications and are integral to Microsoft partner services, but they serve different client needs and work settings.

What are some common challenges Microsoft Partners face when working remotely, and how can they be addressed?

Microsoft Partners working remotely often encounter challenges such as coordinating across different time zones, maintaining effective communication with clients and team members, and staying updated on Microsoft's evolving technologies. To address these, it's helpful to establish clear communication protocols, utilize collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, and schedule regular check-ins. Additionally, participating in Microsoft’s partner programs and training resources can help you stay informed and connected within the broader partner network.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Microsoft Partner working remotely, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Microsoft Partner in a remote setting, you need deep knowledge of Microsoft products and services, strong business acumen, and relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform. Excellent communication, self-motivation, and relationship-building skills help drive customer success and foster strategic partnerships. These capabilities enable effective solution delivery, client engagement, and business growth in a virtual environment.

What is a Microsoft Partner Remote?

A Microsoft Partner Remote is an individual or company that collaborates with Microsoft to deliver products, solutions, or services, and operates remotely rather than on-site at a Microsoft office. These partners may specialize in areas such as cloud computing, software development, IT consulting, or technical support, and work with clients to implement Microsoft technologies. Being remote allows these partners to serve clients worldwide, leveraging Microsoft’s resources and support to provide high-quality solutions and services.

Job description

NobleAI is a Science-Based AI platform that predicts complex systems, helping companies accelerate discovery, improve product and asset performance, and drive measurable commercial results across energy, chemistry, and manufacturing.

NobleAI turns sparse, multi-source industrial data into predictive models and decision-grade insights. By combining physics and chemistry expertise with advanced machine learning, our platform improves resource recovery, asset performance, and product quality. We serve companies that rely on precise formulations and material composition to determine product performance, safety, and regulatory compliance for their chemical products. For those producing physical products at scale, we help ensure that ingredients, materials, and formulations drive quality, consistency, speed-to-market, and margin. Our solutions are also vital for companies developing energy products or managing energy assets, where throughput, recovery, and operational reliability directly impact revenue and asset economics.

We are seeking a results-driven Channel Account Manager to build, manage, and scale our partnership within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving revenue through Microsoft’s partner channels by developing joint go-to-market strategies, enabling partner sellers, and managing pipeline execution. The ideal candidate has experience working with Microsoft sellers, understands co-sell motions, and can translate technical solutions into business value for enterprise customers.

Our ethos revolves around exceptional people providing exceptional business impacting results... which goes hand-in-hand with great sales. We love to compete and win! Compensation is robust for those who are willing to work hard and enjoy the high expectations and energy of our intense, championship sales team. We help each other and we push each other to our absolute highest potential. We offer a highly competitive base salary and variable structure, equity and great benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow revenue through Microsoft’s partner channel, including co-sell opportunities with Microsoft field sellers and partners
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with Microsoft solution areas and priorities
  • Build strong relationships with Microsoft account teams, partner development managers, and key stakeholders
  • Identify, qualify, and progress pipeline opportunities sourced through Microsoft and partner referrals
  • Drive co-sell motions, including marketplace opportunities, joint customer engagements, and account planning
  • Enable Microsoft sellers and partners through training, collateral, and solution positioning to increase awareness and adoption
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on partner-driven opportunities
  • Forecast channel pipeline and revenue accurately, maintaining visibility into deal progression and risks
  • Support joint marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns with Microsoft and partner organizations
  • Ensure successful handoff and coordination with Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes and expansion opportunities
  • Travel to customer sites and attend industry events (approximately 30% average)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliance roles within enterprise software or SaaS
  • Direct experience working with Microsoft (e.g., co-sell programs, Microsoft Partner Network, Azure marketplace)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through indirect sales channels and strategic partnerships
  • Creativity in solving customer challenges to move deals forward
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise software, or AI/ML solutions preferred
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and work effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities

  • Top tier health benefits coverage including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance
