We are seeking a Manager, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) & Modern Front-End Engineering to lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and modern web technologies. This role willbe responsible forguiding teams that implement and extend D365 CE applications, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and custom business applications built on Dataverse.

The ideal candidate is both ahandsontechnical leader and a people manager, comfortable setting direction, reviewing architecture, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead solution architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, including:Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages

  • Guide teams in extending D365 CE through custom applications, JavaScript/TypeScript development, PCF controls, plugins, custom APIs, integrations, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Next.js.

  • Establish architectural patterns for: Frontendextensibility, APIbasedintegrations, secure and scalable deployments

  • Drive adoption ofAIassisteddevelopment (e.g., Copilot, code generation, system analysis) to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

  • Review designs, code, and solutions to ensure they meet enterprise standards for performance, security, and maintainability.

People & Team Leadership

  • Mentor developers across D365 CE and Power Platform disciplines, including:Model-Driven App development, Dataverse architecture, D365 customization and extension, PCF development, Integration architecture, Modern front-end engineering

  • Support staffing,utilization, and skills development across your team.

  • Partner with Architects and team leads to ensure consistentdeliveryquality and technical alignment.

Client Engagement & Solution Strategy

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them:
    -Understand when Power Platform is the right fit

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft business applications, includingsignificant experiencewith Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform.

  • Strong experience with modernfrontendtechnologies, including:React (required), Angular and/or Next.js (preferred)

  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.

  • Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.

  • Strong communicationskills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
