  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service, CRM, or Customer Engagement experience
  • Strong Power Platform expertise (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Experience with C#, .NET, APIs, and integrations
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Banking, Credit Union, Financial Services, or regulated industry experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams

Performance Objectives

This objective may be enhanced through AI-assisted development, workflow design, and testing tools.
2. Build and Enhance Dynamics 365 Integrations and Automations
Within the first 120 days, develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and other enterprise applications to streamline business operations and reduce manual processing. Utilize C#, APIs, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies to improve workflow efficiency and data accessibility. This objective may be enhanced through AI-assisted automation and development tools.
3. Establish Sustainable Dynamics Development and Governance Practices
Before completion of the engagement, create scalable development standards, documentation, support procedures, and governance processes that enable the organization to maintain and extend the Dynamics platform effectively. Work closely with internal teams to transfer knowledge and ensure long-term sustainability of solutions delivered during the project. Success will be measured through documentation quality, successful knowledge transfer, governance adoption, and reduced dependency on external support resources. This objective may be enhanced using AI-powered documentation and knowledge management solutions.
Subtasks
