Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of their Dynamics 365 CRM system. The ideal candidate will enhance system functionality, ensure seamless integration with business processes, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including security settings, user permissions, and system configurations.
• Develop, customise, and implement CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Support CRM upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise CRM functionalities to align with business objectives.
• Ensure data integrity through proper validation, backup procedures, and security best practices.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customisations, and system enhancements.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
• Strong expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI integration.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, SQL, and CRM SDKs.
