Job description

CRM Product Owner

Location: Charlotte NC

Agile Product Owner Certification required.

Serves as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

Drive product enhancements that increase customer value, create efficiencies, and grow revenue

Work with product managers, customers, & stakeholders to define, develop, and refine requirements of complex software products and transparently manage them in the product Vision, Roadmap, and Backlog

Define, clarify, and prioritize user stories; work with product manager and development teams to understand use cases, features, business and technical domain rules and product goals

Ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent, prioritized, understood by everyone, and shows what the Development Team will work on next

Gather customer requirements and advise on product features and strategic direction

Present and demonstrate the solution to external groups and customers as necessary

Skills

Strong understanding of the clientsโ€™ (internal and external) needs and issues and applies knowledge to support critical systems and projects.

8+ years Product Owner experience

Strong Agile and SAFe experience

Preferred from Finance Domain (trading),

Thorough understanding of iterative software development to help teams implement the most optimal approach suited to the teamsโ€™ needs

Complete understanding of agile processes such as Scrum and Kanban to mentor and guide teams

Excellent communicator; able to gain the respect of the team, external stakeholders, and management

Mentors team members on Agile/Scrum best practices

Must have experience with one of these agile tools: JIRA or VersionOne
