This role ensures the company meets all prequalification, insurance, safety, and documentation requirements required to secure and maintain work with general contractors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain company profiles across General Contractor (GC) platforms (e.g., Procore, BuildingConnected, Avetta, ISNetworld, Textura).
  • Keep portal information, credentials, and required documentation current and compliant.
  • Track renewals, compliance deadlines, and document expirations to ensure timely updates.
  • Upload and maintain required documents, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs), W-9s, safety manuals, EMR data, licenses, and certifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for GC compliance requests and resolve documentation issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Service Sales, Service Coordination, Installation Coordination, Finance, and other departments as needed.
  • Support vendor onboarding, GC prequalification submissions, and track approval status.
  • Maintain compliance tracking reports and provide status updates to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize procedures, and increase efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative, construction, compliance, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and document management systems.
  • Experience working with construction documentation and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with GC platforms such as Procore, BuildingConnected, ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar.
  • Knowledge of insurance, safety, and contractor compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting estimating, operations, or preconstruction teams.
