Job Description:
The Digital Advertising Consultant will manage and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns for our automotive dealer clients. This role is responsible for the execution, analysis, and performance of campaigns across Search, Display, Social, and Video platforms. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, conducting consultative reviews, providing actionable insights, and recommending strategies that align with client goals. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills to balance day-to-day account management with long-term strategic planning. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly impact client success. This full-time position reports to the Digital Advertising Manager and can be remote.
Essential Functions:
  • Manage accounts through the life-cycle starting with on-boarding to regular day to day account management
  • Respond to customer requests and communications in a timely manner, based on SLAs set by the company
  • Maintain a customer retention rate that is deemed acceptable by the company
  • Act as a true consultant by understanding the client's core goals
  • Plan advertising strategy on a monthly and quarterly basis with clients
  • Execute and present results of key initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance a client's advertising portfolio
  • Ensure that accounts meet client defined budget and metric goals
  • Optimize accounts on a regular basis based on best practices outlined by the company
  • Deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve account performance

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or other bid optimization tools
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • 2+ years' experience managing digital campaigns
  • 1+ years account management or customer service experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Google AdWords and Bing Ads Certifications
  • Experience as a PPC analyst
  • Experience with ads management software such as Fluency, Kenshoo, Marin, Doubleclick, Searchforce or Acquisio
  • Project management experience
  • Automotive marketing / automotive internet sales experience
  • Prior experience with digital marketing agencies

The targeted salary range for this position is $41,200 - $57,950.
