Job Title: Microbiology Lab Manager (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Location: Nashville, TN

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Shift: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to $110,000 per year

  • Full benefits package

  • $15,000 sign-on bonus

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Microbiology Lab Manager to lead our high-volume laboratory in Nashville. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology, a national certification, and proven leadership experience. This role focuses on managing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and overseeing laboratory personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily microbiology lab operations.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

  • Lead, mentor, and train laboratory staff.

  • Maintain high-quality standards and enforce SOPs.

  • Support process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume lab.
