Creative & Brand Marketing Manager
The Art: Storytelling, Canva/Video, Community Marketing & Hyper-Local Growth
The Opportunity
We are a family-friendly start-up in hyper-growth mode, scaling from 18 to nearly 40 locations this year. Our brand is our most valuable asset. We need a Creative & Brand Marketing Manager to ensure our "soul" stays intact. As our lead hands-on creator, you will own our visual identity, narrative, and "marketing-in-a-box" tools that empower franchisees to win locally and drive national franchise development. You provide the viral hooks, influencer partnerships, and storytelling "fuel"; our systems team maintains the engine.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Multimedia Production & Organic Virality: Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and design graphics via Canva/Adobe. Master the art of the 3-second hook to drive organic virality for our families on TikTok/IG/FB, while building professional authority on LinkedIn.
  • Hyper-Local Micro-Influencer Program: Architect and run our local creator network. Identify, pitch, and manage ongoing relationships with local micro-influencers and family creators across our 40+ markets to build massive community trust and organic foot traffic.
  • Campaigns & "Marketing-in-a-Box": Design system-wide promotions with trackable results. Create turnkey toolkits (flyers, social, email, influencer outreach templates) so franchisees can execute high-performing local campaigns immediately.
  • Website Narrative & Lifecycle Copywriting: Craft compelling, conversion-focused brand copy, core messaging, and creative hooks for our national site, franchise recruitment pages, and master template frameworks. Write high-converting copy and design templates specifically optimized for GHL automated nurture sequences and SMS database reactivation campaigns.
  • Asset Library & Presentation Design: Organize our national photo/video library for searchable franchisee access. Own the "look and feel" of all corporate slide decks, from investor pitches to training webinars.
  • Local, PR & AI Content Optimization: Draft press releases and coordinate media opportunities. Write the copy, messaging hooks, and local scripts for our review-generation strategies to maximize 5-star ratings. Curate localized FAQs and keyword-rich copy across 40+ listing profiles (Google, Apple, Yelp) to satisfy both human search and AI engine recommendations (GEO).
  • Franchisee Training & MTTD: Act as the "Brand Coach." Train owners on storytelling, executing hyper-local influencer campaigns, building school partnerships, and using our creative tools. Present the marketing vision during monthly Meet the Team Day (MTTD) events in Chester, MD to help close prospective franchise candidates.
  • Systems Pod Partnership & Agencies: Partner in a tight pod with our CRM & MarTech Manager to align creative vision with technical execution. Act as creative gatekeeper for our paid ad agencies, supplying them with a steady stream of winning, high-converting ad hooks.

How We Measure Success:
  • Sales by Source & Conversion: Growth in bookings originating from Influencers, Email, Social, and Blogs, alongside improved email open/click rates and creative asset conversion.
  • Promotion Performance & Adoption: High franchisee participation, asset library usage, and successful booking rates driven by your campaign creative and viral hooks.
  • Brand Consistency: 100% adherence to visual and verbal identity across all 40+ locations.

Who You Are
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in brand management or creative direction, ideally in a multi-unit or franchise environment.
  • The Practical Creator & Networker: A "doer" who lives in Canva/CapCut. You enjoy picking up the camera, writing the hook, and possess the social energy to pitch and negotiate win-win partnerships with local creators.
  • The Wordsmith & Storyteller: High "taste level" with the ability to pivot from a playful blog for parents to a high-stakes LinkedIn post or corporate investor deck.
  • Organized Coach: A natural teacher with the patience to train first-time business owners, paired with the organizational discipline to keep an asset library pristine.

Benefits & Perks
  • Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • Hybrid: 2 days/week in our Chester, MD HQ; 3 days remote.
  • Health & Wealth: Comprehensive Health Insurance and 401K with company matching.
  • Balance: Unlimited PTO, family-first culture, and free cooking classes for your family!
  • Impact: Directly influence the growth of dozens of local small business owners through your creativity.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $84,400.00 per year
