THE JOB:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring MGM's highly exclusive guests are treated as VIPs. The ideal candidate for this role must be able to build and maintain relationships by meeting guests' needs and addressing all their concerns. You will have the excitement of planning and organizing special events and promotions to attract new guests and WOW our current ones.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Determine and evaluate customers' casino activity to provide corresponding incentives and has authorization to approve limited amount of comps and allowances (rooms, food, beverage, events tickets, promo chips, free play, airfare or discounts).
  • Maintain property's customer base to support increasing the customer development efforts.
  • Manage customers' reservations by using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA & PATRON management systems.
  • If authorized, grant limited amount of marker authorization limits to qualifying customers.
  • Minimum exposure to business decisions regarding customer credit lines, allowances, and comps.
  • Assist in managing customers to profitable levels.
  • Work in conjunction with Casino Marketing, Marketing Executives and property personnel to assist and facilitate in-house casino customers.
  • May attend special event functions when appropriate to promote marketing efforts and greet customers.
  • May attend quarterly Receivable Meetings to provide updates to the Corporate Finance group.
  • Maintain highly confidential casino customer information by enforcing the privacy of all guests and limits requests for information about such guests in accordance with company policies.
  • Resolve customer disputes and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  • Comply with local laws, Title 31 and attend all mandatory compliance and training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 4+ Years of Casino Hosting Experience

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$61,700.00 - $82,300.00
This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
