Position Details:
• Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking motivated, full time Certified Nurse Aides to join our team. Variety of afternoon and Morning shifts available.
• The starting wage is $22.89 / hour
• $5.00 / hour for working MN Shift
• $5.00 / hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts
• $3.40 / hour Wage Pass Through
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Tasks:
• Provide daily care to residents per care plan, i.e., personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, assist with dining.
• Provide restorative nursing care to include range of motion, positioning and body alignment, preventive skin care, transfer and ambulation training, bowel and bladder training.
• Encourage independence, socialization and participation in activities.
• Notifies charge nurse of any change in resident need or condition, injury or potentially unsafe activity or event.
