• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, allowing for appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Create individualized therapy plans tailored to distinct client issues, goals, and family dynamics.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure holistic care and support for every client.
• Provide guidance and support to clients’ families through the therapeutic process, fostering understanding and involvement in treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, utilizing software for case management and documentation.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Empathetic disposition, showing understanding and nonjudgmental support for clients' experiences and challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively balance caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working with a diverse client population in various therapeutic settings can significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will facilitate efficient documentation and client management.
• A background in trauma-informed care and family therapy models is highly desirable and will enrich our therapeutic practices.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and certifications.
