This remote position supports a full-time schedule that allows therapists the autonomy to design their own hours, ensuring a perfect work-life balance. You will operate within an outpatient office setting, utilizing secure digital platforms for client interactions, which not only ensures confidentiality but also promotes a comfort level for clients receiving therapy from their homes. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional states to accurately identify their needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions tailored to clients of all ages, addressing a wide variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles.
• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening the bonds between partners.
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on client progress and evolving needs, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Document detailed client records, including progress notes and treatment plan adjustments, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and psychologists, to foster holistic treatment approaches for clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy, participating in professional growth opportunities as they arise.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and advocating for clients' rights throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize remote therapy tools effectively to ensure a secure and confidential virtual environment, consistently representing the values and mission of Hopeful Minds.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, each facing unique life challenges. Your effectiveness as a therapist will be crucial in helping these individuals navigate their mental health issues and achieve their personal goals. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting emotional wellness and stability within the community.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the relevant State Board.
• A proven track record of providing therapeutic services, particularly in individual and couples therapy settings.
• Experience and comfort working with both children and adults from various backgrounds is preferred.
• Proficiency in maintaining timely and accurate client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster positive interactions with clients and their families.

• Previous experience in a remote therapy setting is an asset.
• Familiarity with digital therapy tools and platforms is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations and provide crisis management effectively.
• Engagement in continuous professional development, such as attending workshops, seminars, or acquiring additional certifications.

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 90,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
