Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ emotional and behavioral issues, providing tailored therapeutic interventions based on individual needs.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to enhance communication and conflict resolution skills among family members.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • Active License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with expertise in family therapy and substance abuse.
