Position Overview

Curing Marriage and Family Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while being an integral part of our outpatient services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake interviews with new clients to assess their needs, ensuring accurate information gathering for proper diagnosis.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that engage clients in meaningful dialogue and effective therapeutic practices, employing evidence-based methodologies.
• Create and maintain detailed progress notes, transfer summaries, and other required documentation to track clients' progress and fulfill organizational requirements.
• Coordinate and manage specialized programs within the Behavioral Health Department, aimed at enhancing service delivery and ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Develop and actively seek out community resources to promote mental health prevention services, thereby strengthening community ties and support systems for clients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon, with up-to-date knowledge of supervision guidelines.
• Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in crisis management and mental health services, ensuring confident and competent client care.
• Proficient in effective communication skills, allowing for clear expectations and strong teamwork across multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Able to multitask in a busy work environment while prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While not required, additional experience in specialized therapy treatments—such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or family systems therapy—may enhance candidacy. Familiarity with telecommuting tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
