Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients through remote therapy sessions using our secure online platform, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans to guide them on their journey to recovery.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to respond to their evolving needs.
• Keep accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with all relevant ethical and legal guidelines related to mental health practice.
• Collaborate actively with our interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to enhance comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health therapy and incorporate them into your work to provide the best possible outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, necessitating an inclusive approach that respects and understands their unique experiences. Your expertise will play a critical role in guiding clients through personal crises and aiding their healing journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, preferably in a remote setting, showcasing adaptability and proficiency in virtual healthcare.
• Comfortable navigating technology platforms to execute therapy sessions effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the establishment of trusting relationships with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team dynamic, contributing to a culture of collaboration and support.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, recognizing the importance of mental health professionals in our community.
