Job description

The Fulfillment Manager oversees all duties within the vault and is responsible for the intake of all finished goods across the region, along with inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee all duties within the vault, including the intake of finished goods and the distribution of finished goods across the region.
  • Records daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
  • Collaborates with other staff to ensure business goals are met.
  • Reports to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.
  • Devises ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Communicates with the sales team on any updates/changes within our sales platform (LeafLink).
  • Oversees that deliveries are executed daily and is responsible for any changes needing to occur.
  • Updates BioTrack/Metrc/LeafLink invoices as needed.
  • Assists with LeafLink product uploading as needed.
  • Communicates with dispensary teams when an issue arises with delivery. Provides updated invoices to dispensaries if any rejection/return must occur.
  • Maintains product compliance with state regulations and in-house policies.
  • Ensures the team completes daily/weekly audits of our sales platform (LeafLink) and state tracking system (BioTrackTHC/Metrc)
  • Stays current with all BioTrack, Metrc, LeafLink, and software updates as released.
  • Completes daily intake reports that must be sent out to upper management.
  • Creates weekly reports of all Ready for Sale items and notates if any discrepancies have occurred.
  • Communicates with the compliance team concerning any questionable problems.
  • Updates within Leaf Link if needed.
  • Ensures maintenance is completed on delivery vans.
  • Communicates with the accounting team concerning any discrepancies on Bio Track/Metrc/Leaf Link invoices.
  • Updates invoices as needed to assist the accounting team in reconciling the different invoices.
  • Assists vault/fulfillment supervisors with any tasks that may arise.
  • Manages employees’ attendance, performance, and adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Conducts employee reviews.
  • Provides coaching, support, and corrective action as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with other team members and leadership.
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize.
  • Mathematical aptitude, ensuring strong attention to detail and data.
  • Must perform under high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or can substitute experience for a degree.
  • Two to four years’ supervisor/manager experience
  • Cannabis Experience (Preferred)
  • Inventory control: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Proven experience as warehouse/inventory manager or similar position.
  • Working knowledge of WMS: Warehouse Management System.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to fifty pounds.

  • The ability to respond quickly to sounds.
