Job description

Position Description: About the Role:We are seeking a Cannabis Production / Post-Harvest Technician to support the drying, curing, trimming, and packaging of cannabis products. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse, manufacturing, cultivation, or cannabis operations.

What You’ll Do
• Hang, move, and rotate plant material during the drying and curing process
• Perform trimming, bucking, and hand processing of cannabis products
• Assist with packaging and production line tasks
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and airflow to maintain product quality
• Conduct quality control inspections and identify defects or contaminants
• Track inventory and batch data using Biotrac• Maintain a clean and compliant production/warehouse environment (GMP standards)
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in cannabis, warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments preferred
• Familiarity with trimming, drying, curing, or packaging is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be 21+ years old
• High school diploma or GED required
Work Environment
• Fast-paced production setting
• Exposure to plant material, dust, and varying temperatures
• Required use of PPE (gloves, masks, hairnets)
