The Hammitt Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our sheet metal fabrication department for our custom food service equipment manufacturing client. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company.

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of skilled sheet metal fabricators to ensure the timely and efficient production of high-quality custom food service equipment. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that all products are manufactured to meet our client's specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the sheet metal fabrication department, including production schedules, inventory, and quality control.

- Lead, train, and develop a team of sheet metal fabricators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to produce high-quality products.

- Collaborate with the design team to review and interpret client specifications and ensure that all products are manufactured to meet these requirements.
