Job description

Position Summary

The Performance Marketing, Senior Manager will lead the execution and optimization of paid digital acquisition programs designed to generate qualified investor leads and drive measurable pipeline growth for Focus Partners. This role will manage paid search and paid social campaigns, partner with agency resources where applicable, and continuously optimize campaign performance through testing, analytics, and funnel improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong paid media expertise with a deep understanding of lead generation funnels for highconsideration services.

Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 days per week, or as assigned by their team leader.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Manage performance of sixfigure monthly digital media budgets
  • Partner with external agencies on campaign execution, strategy, and reporting
  • Develop and manage campaign targeting, audience strategies, and keyword portfolios
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion paths in collaboration with the web team
  • Implement structured A/B testing programs for creative, messaging, and offers
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reporting on ROI and lead quality
  • Collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new performance channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Experience managing lead generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and attribution
  • Experience working with analytics platforms such as GA4 and marketing dashboards
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or professional services is a plus

The Performance Marketing, Senior Manager is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $140,000-$150,000.  Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.  The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.  Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate's experience and education.
