The Role
We are hiring our first US-based SDR to focus on building outbound pipelines and generating qualified meetings. You will report directly to and work closely with the Head of Sales, targeting high-potential companies in fintech, payments, and compliance-heavy sectors.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect into target accounts across financial institutions, fintechs, cross-border payment providers, marketplaces, and stablecoin companies.
  • Build and execute personalized outreach sequences via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Research and qualify prospects to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  • Book and coordinate meetings for Account Executives, ensuring strong handoff.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales on account targeting and outbound strategy.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success booking meetings with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Strong familiarity with fintech, regtech, or compliance software is a plus.
  • Highly coachable with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Based in the US, with the ability to travel occasionally for team and client events.
  • Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot CRM
