Job description

Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Full-Funnel Growth)

Remote (U.S.) | Occasional Travel to Dallas, TX

Drive Growth. Own the Funnel. Scale Customer Acquisition.

We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across a rapidly growing consumer subscription business.

This is not a traditional digital marketing role focused on a single channel. You'll own the entire growth engine-from paid social and lifecycle marketing to audience strategy, attribution, and performance optimization.

If you're a data-driven growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of analytics, creative strategy, and customer acquisition, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll OwnFull-Funnel Growth Strategy
  • Develop and execute acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies across the customer lifecycle
  • Identify and scale new growth opportunities across paid, owned, and partner channels
  • Drive measurable improvements in customer acquisition and revenue growth
Paid Social & Customer Acquisition
  • Lead performance across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging paid social platforms
  • Scale acquisition campaigns while improving conversion efficiency and ROI
  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and messaging
First-Party Data & Marketing Automation
  • Leverage first-party customer data to improve targeting, segmentation, and campaign performance
  • Build and activate audience segments using HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar platforms
  • Develop lifecycle marketing programs that increase engagement, conversion, and retention
Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
  • Manage and expand affiliate, referral, and partnership channels
  • Evaluate channel performance and optimize for profitable growth
Measurement & Analytics
  • Own budget allocation, forecasting, CAC management, and performance reporting
  • Evaluate attribution models, incrementality, and channel effectiveness
  • Use data to identify opportunities and drive strategic decision-making
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 6–10+ years of experience in growth, performance, acquisition, or digital marketing
  • Proven success scaling customer acquisition while improving conversion performance
  • Strong experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and similar platforms
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or comparable marketing automation platforms
  • Experience leveraging first-party data for audience segmentation and campaign optimization
  • Strong understanding of attribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion metrics, and marketing performance measurement
  • Experience managing agencies and external marketing partners
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
  • Subscription, membership, fintech, credit, financial services, or other regulated industries
  • Affiliate marketing or partnership channel management
  • Experience developing user-generated content (UGC) and conversion-focused creative strategies
  • Exposure to lifecycle marketing, retention, and customer journey optimization
Why This Opportunity?
  • Own end-to-end growth strategy instead of a single marketing channel
  • Direct impact on customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue
  • High visibility with leadership and influence on business growth
  • Opportunity to build and scale a modern, data-driven marketing engine
  • Work remotely while collaborating with a talented and growth-focused team
Ideal Candidate

You are equally comfortable discussing customer acquisition costs and attribution models as you are brainstorming new creative concepts and growth campaigns. You understand how to turn customer data into actionable marketing strategies and know how to scale growth without sacrificing efficiency.

If you've successfully grown subscription-based products through paid social, lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and data-driven decision-making, we'd love to connect.
