We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Messenger Associate to support daily messenger operations and ensure timely, accurate deliveries in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, strong customer service skills, and professional demeanor, and be comfortable using technology in a business setting.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance. Training is available for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

  • Shift: Monday thru Friday 10 am - 7 pm (No weekends)
  • Payrate: $18.03 (Full benefits eligibility after 60 days, 7 days of sick time, 10 days of accrued vacation, and tuition reimbursement eligibility after 1 year)


Job Description Summary

  • Receive packages and parcels from outside messenger and vendors
  • Scan of barcode into package tracking software
  • Receive signature upon delivery (chain-of-custody documentation)
  • Ensures that all deliveries are downloaded upon completion
  • Responsible for ensuring all packages to the designated floors and recipient
  • Assists with escorting all external messengers the designated floors for delivery
  • Ensuring all daily actives are executed according to Forrest Solutions Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ensure to follow all Forrest Solutions polices, rules and guidelines
  • Messenger will collect internal mail and parcels from the various reception areas on each site, and other agreed locations, sort mail, and transport it (where appropriate) to the main reception and other agreed locations on the other site.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a corporate presence
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
