Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable services and APIs to support messaging across TXT/SMS, MMS, RCS, voice, PUSH, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve scalability challenges.
  • Implement monitoring and reporting tools for real-time platform performance assessment.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce call center reliance through automated communications.
  • Ensure compliance with TCPA regulations and maintain high J.D. Power CSAT scores.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably with messaging or telecommunications platforms.
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
