This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of private events and off‑site catering within a growing hospitality group. The Events & Catering Manager ensures seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong communication across culinary, service, and vendor teams. Ideal for a detail‑oriented hospitality professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and excels at managing complex event logistics.


Key Responsibilities


  • On‑site event execution — Lead day‑of operations, managing timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and guest experience to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Cross‑functional coordination — Partner closely with chefs, general managers, bar teams, and external vendors to support smooth event operations.
  • Catering logistics — Manage staffing, equipment, rentals, transportation, and setup for both on‑site and off‑site catering events.
  • Operational tracking — Monitor event details, guest counts, budgets, and operational needs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
