Job description

Shift: Required to be available for at least 2 shifts/month, weekday day shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
  • Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.
  • Remain up to date with clinic operation changes and workflows (review meeting minutes, review email communications, etc.).
  • Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible with schedule and clinic changes to help support the team.
