Job description

Who We Are
Serval is an AI-native automation platform transforming how enterprises operate. We build intelligent agents that understand real-world workflows and execute them end-to-end - replacing manual processes and rigid legacy systems with adaptive, learning software. Founded in early 2024, Serval is already trusted by companies like Fox, Notion, Perplexity, Vercel, and Brex to automate high-volume, high-friction operational work across their organizations.
At the core of Serval is an agentic AI platform that turns natural language into production-grade workflows. Our agents don't just respond to requests - they reason, take action across systems, and continuously improve with usage. What began with operational use cases has quickly evolved into a horizontal AI automation layer used across IT, HR, Finance, Security, Legal, and Engineering.
Our mission is to eliminate repetitive, manual work across the enterprise and give teams leverage through intelligent automation. Long term, we're building the universal AI operations layer - a system of agents that sits across business functions and runs the workflows that keep modern companies moving.
We're backed by leading investors including Sequoia Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Meritech, First Round, General Catalyst, Elad Gil, and others.
Role Overview
Build the integrated growth marketing engine that makes Serval the inevitable solution for prospects. You'll design and run multi-channel campaigns that cut through noise, spark curiosity, and drive demand across the funnel. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into real-world campaigns that drive meetings, influence deals, and generate revenue.
Who You Are
  • A builder at heart eager to go from 0 → 1. You are excited by the opportunity to create from scratch and write your own playbooks.
  • A creative thinker who comes up with fresh ideas that don't follow the norm, but drive demand and revenue.
  • A fast learner who quickly absorbs new info, adapts to problems, and applies learnings in real time.

What You'll Do
  • Decide which integrated campaigns we should run, why they matter, and how they come to life.
  • Own end-to-end execution for email, direct mail, landing pages, and webinars.
  • Partner cross-functionally to orchestrate design, content, blogs, video, paid ads, and PR.
  • Write repeatable campaign playbooks that scale across audiences, use cases, and stages of the funnel.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns to top priority accounts, competitive motions, and pipeline goals.
  • Run multiple campaigns in parallel, balancing quick tests with bigger experimental bets, and keeping momentum high.
  • Track performance rigorously across engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, and revenue, using what you learn to inform your next campaigns.

What You'll Need
  • 4+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or ABM marketing, preferably selling to enterprise companies within a high-growth startup or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to concept, launch, and scale integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Experience running webinars is a plus.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with operational rigor and fast execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of measuring, learning, and optimizing performance.
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to catch what matters without getting stuck in perfection.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects without things slipping.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity within a lean, high-growth environment.
Nice to Have
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Unify, Instantly, Clay, Framer, or similar.

What We Offer
  • Impact: Be a key player in shaping the success of our product and company.
  • Growth: Build a fundamentally new AI product offering with the support of our experienced team and investors. Grow rapidly with the company.
  • Culture: Join a culture that values innovation, ownership, accountability, and fun.
