The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:
RTX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Technology Infrastructure Mergers & Acquisitions to join our ES Infrastructure M&A team. This team is committed to delivering secure, scalable, and efficient enterprise infrastructure solutions that align with RTX's strategic M&A initiatives. The ideal candidate will utilize their technical expertise, project management skills, and collaborative abilities to guide and support the entire lifecycle of M&A programs.
What You Will do
  • Partner with ES Infrastructure Services owners and SMEs to ensure alignment with M&A Team processes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on complex infrastructure solutions supporting M&A programs
  • Mentor ES Infrastructure staff on M&A Lifecycle to enhance planning and execution
  • Apply expertise in infrastructure services and cybersecurity to support design of holistic ES Infrastructure solutions for M&A programs.
  • Oversee specific ES Infrastructure projects in cases where a dedicated Project Manager is unavailable
  • Collaborate with M&A Project Managers to capture project status, risks, and outlooks for all M&A-related projects
  • Develop and present comprehensive M&A program status reports to senior leadership
  • This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience, and 10 years of experience in DT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery roles, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the M&A lifecycle, with prior hands-on experience in M&A activities
  • Experience working with DT infrastructure technologies such as cloud environments, data centers, network systems, collaboration platforms, and identity management services
  • Proven ability to manage concurrent large-scale, complex infrastructure projects while influencing cross-functional teams
