Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient store operations, maximizing sales and profitability, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Retail Operations Managerwill also play a key role in implementing strategic initiatives to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance the overall retail experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective store operations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company standards for cleanliness, organization, and merchandising.

  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales analysis, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
