Help create memorable stays at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa! As a Guest Services Agent, you'll be at the center of the guest experience-welcoming visitors, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional service our resort is known for. What You'll Do Includes:
  • Welcome guests with a friendly, professional approach while delivering seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Manage incoming calls, respond to guest requests, and provide timely assistance to both internal departments and external callers.
  • Deliver thoughtful, personalized service by anticipating guest needs and resolving questions with confidence and care.
  • Coordinate guest requests by communicating with Service Express Runners and hotel teams using the resort's radio communication system.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while maintaining a polished, service-oriented experience at the front desk.

  • You have previous customer service experience and enjoy interacting with people.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting helps you hit the ground running but isn't required.
