  • Salary: $58,032- $72,540 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
  • Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
  • Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
  • Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
  • Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
